Enter to win two 'foamminati' tees

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the 'FOAMMINATI TEE GIVEAWAY' Contest organized by Sole Blend.  By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from participating.

Eligibility:  The Contest is open to individuals of any age.  Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Sole Blend and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development or execution of the Contest are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:  The Contest begins on the first day of NOVEMBER 2024 month at 12:00 AM [PST] and ends on the last day of the NOVEMBER 2024 at 11:59 PM [PST].  

How to Enter:  To enter the Contest, participants must fill out the above entry form.  Only one entry per person is permitted.  Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.  Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these Terms will be disqualified.

Winner Selection:  The winner(s) will be selected from all correct eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner(s) will be notified by email or instagram within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.  If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 7 days  of the first attempt to contact them, or if the winner(s) fails to respond within 7 days after being contacted, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner(s) may be selected.

Prize:  The prize(s) for the Contest is posted above.  The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.  Sole Blend reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another prize(s) of equal or greater value if necessary.   All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

Rights and Permissions:  By entering the Contest, participants grant Sole Blend the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Participants retain ownership and copyright of their entries.  However, by entering, participants grant Sole Blend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the entries.

General Conditions:  Sole Blend reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.  Sole Blend is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the Contest.  Sole Blend reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control impede the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
